Bourbon Apple Cider

INFUSION

Bourbon, Ryke Whiskey / Soda water

INGREDIENTS

- Ginger beer / Ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Empty your cane sugar packet into the jar and fill in your Bourbon Apple Cider Kit with Bourbon or Rye Whiskey (or soda water for a non-alcoholic version).
  2. Refrigerate for up to 3 days to infuse the flavour, then strain it out from the jar.
  3. Pour into 1.5 oz shots from the strained infusion.
  4. Pour in the infused shot to a shaker, or just a glass if you don't have one.
  5. Add a splash of ginger beer or ginger ale In the shaker or in each ice filled glass as a final mix.
  6. Garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick! Done!
