Marshmallow Mule

INFUSION

Vodka / Mezcal / Smoked Bourbon or Whiskey / Soda Water

INGREDIENTS

- Unsweetened soda water
- Toasted marshmallows
- Lime

Instructions

  1. Empty your cane sugar packet into the jar and fill in your Marshmallow Mule Kit with your choice of Vodka, Mezcal, Smoked Bourbon or Whiskey (or soda water for a non-alcoholic version).
  2. Refrigerate for up to 3 days to infuse the flavour, then strain it out from the jar.
  3. Pour into 1.5 oz shots from the strained infusion.
  4. Pour in the infused shot to a shaker, or just a glass if you don't have one.
  5. Add a splash of unsweetened soda water or ginger beer in each ice filled glass.
  6. Squeeze in a lime wedge and garnish with toasted marshmallows. Done!
