Blueberry Coconut Margarita

INFUSION

White tequila / Soda water

INGREDIENTS

- Coconut milk
- Blueberries

Instructions

  1. Empty your cane sugar packet into the jar and fill in your Blueberry Coconut Margarita Kit with white tequila (or soda water for a non-alcoholic version).
  2. Refrigerate for up to 3 days to infuse the flavour, then strain it out from the jar.
  3. Pour into 1.5 oz shots from the strained infusion.
  4. Pour in the infused shot to a shaker, or just a glass if you don't have one.
  5. Add 2 ounces of coconut milk and shake very well then pour into ice-filled cocktail glasses with a salt or sugar rim.
  6. Add a fresh blueberry garnish. Done!
