Cranberry Whiskey Sour

INFUSION

Whiskey / Soda water

INGREDIENTS

- Unsweetened cranberry juice
- Unsweetened soda water
- Lemon
- Egg white

Instructions

  1. Empty your cane sugar packet into the jar and fill your Cranberry Whiskey Sour Kit with your favorite whiskey (or sparkling water for a non-alcoholic option).
  2. Refrigerate for up to 3 days to infuse the flavour, then strain it out from the jar.
  3. Pour into 1.5 oz shots from the strained infusion.
  4. Pour in the infused shot to a shaker, add a squeeze of lemon and a splash of unsweetened cranberry juice.
  5. Add the egg white from one egg, then shake vigorously!
  6. Top off with soda water and garnish with lemon peel, and rosemary stick. Done!
