INFUSION

Vodka / Soda water

INGREDIENTS

- Ground pepper/celery salt
- Tomato juice
- Celery stick

Instructions

  1. Fill in your Bloody Caesar Kit with Vodka (or soda water for a non-alcoholic vesion).
  2. Refrigerate for up to 3 days to infuse the flavour, then strain it out from the jar.
  3. Pour into 1.5 oz shots from the strained infusion.
  4. Pour the infused shot into a glass. Feeling fancy? Add ground pepper or celery salt to the rim of each glass before adding ice.
  5. In each ice filled glass, add a splash of any tomato juice.
  6. Top off with soda water then garnish with an a celery stick. Done!
