INFUSION

Malibu coconut rum / Soda water

INGREDIENTS

- Unsweetened soda water
- Pineapple juice / unsweetened cranberry juice
- Pineapple slices

Instructions

  1. Fill in your Malibu Bay Breeze Kit with Malibu brand coconut rum (or soda water for a non-alcoholic version).
  2. Refrigerate for up to 3 days to infuse the flavour, then strain it out from the jar.
  3. Pour into 1.5 oz shots from the strained infusion.
  4. Pour in the infused shot to a shaker, or just a glass if you don't have one.
  5. Add a splash of pineapple juice and unsweetened cranberry juice In each ice filled glass.
  6. Top off each glass with soda water and ice, garnish with a pineapple slice! Done!
