The Mulled Wine is built for Dry red wine, but it plays beautifully with Dry white wine or a zero-proof spirit/sparkling water. Just fill the jar to the top.
About an hour. Gently heat your wine and pour it over the botanicals, seal the lid and let the flavour steep for one hour. Strain, pour and garnish. Serve warm or over ice.
