Cherry Negroni

GIN, VERMOUTH, CAMPARI / SODA WATER, UNSWEETENED CHERRY JUICE

Instructions
- Fill in your Cherry Negroni Kit with equal parts Gin, Vermouth, Campari (or equal parts unsweetened cherry juice and soda water for a non-alcoholic version).
- Refrigerate for up to 3 days to infuse the flavour, then strain it out from the jar.
- Pour into 1.5 oz shots from the strained infusion.
- Put a large ice cube into each glass and pour two shots in.
- Top off with soda water and garnish with an orange peel and cherry.
