Bourbon Peach Smash

INFUSION

Bourbon or rye whiskey / Soda water

INGREDIENTS

- Ginger beer
- Orange juice
- Orange peel

Instructions

  1. Empty your cane sugar packet into the jar and fill Bourbon Peach Smash Kit with Bourbon or Rye Whiskey (or sparkling water for a non-alcoholic option).
  2. Refrigerate for up to 3 days to infuse the flavour, then strain it out from the jar.
  3. Pour into 1.5 oz shots from the strained infusion.
  4. Pour in the infused shot to a shaker, or just a glass if you don't have one.
  5. Add a splash of orange juice.
  6. Top off with ginger beer and garnish with an orange peel. Done!
