@mlhelliwellIn a never ending series cocktails that start with 'I don't know what this' ... it's a rum based citrusy thing with a hint of jalapeño. Some friends gave us a cool 'cocktail in a jar' that comes with dried fruit and spices to infuse the liquor. The jar called for tequila, which my husband isn't a fan of, so we decided rum would work well, particularly with the cane sugar in the jar. We were right! This is 1.5 oz infused @nsspiritco white rum, 0.5 oz triple sec, juice of 1 lime, shaken over ice then topped with 7 up. |
